[He watches Lilith intently as she takes a seat and speaks. A tiny shred of doubt still within him but he realizes how bleak things are and how much her help is needed. He chooses not speak but waits and sees what His Holiness will say.]

[And Abel is a touch confused right now with Lilith here and in limited release form, talking about protecting the Terrans. It just is hurting his poor little head since she had done this years and years ago well before he buried her and put on the robes of a priest. He scratched his head and wondered if he should leave before she thinks he had snuck into a private war meeting.]

These Returners had been dispatched to all the Capitals in the world, carrying my message and instructions. The first step is after establish communications will be supply us with weapons and technology to match the Night Lords, that is the name of the three beings behind all this. I will build and provide you what you need to be successful. After your lands will be protected, we will march and drive their armies away from the conquered territory.

*He listens to her speech, not concerned about his authority even when a relative stranger takes over the command of their troops and the leadership of their operations, but wary and critical. He shakes his head, stepping forward and around the maps, measuring the distances intently.*

Madam, with all due respect and belief in your ability, there is no possibility for us to dispatch troops of sufficient equipment and size to places far away like London and Carthago. Our resources are strained, and the majority of our men wounded and exhausted. The troops we can provide without leaving our main bases here too vulnerable to fend of an attack would not stand a chance against a full scale attack as the one we have to expect.

We will strengthen our armies and defend the Vatican. I have established contact with Elissa of Carthago who is willing to lend us her aid in order to protect her country.

I will journey personally to oversee that city will not fall under the enemy's power after.

Lieutenant al-Shuraid would indeed be a great support, if only her stubborn nature could be overcome. But even with her skill and yours combined, I consider this operation too dangerous. Carthago is in fact a crucial point for our nation more than any other, but I would rather lose it than see our most capable leader fall to defend it. Please reconsider this plan. You wield power granted by the Lord, and I trust him and you, but without a miracle, Carthago will be lost no matter what.
